3.5 stars. I liked many things about this one, especially the spunky heroine with a heart of gold. I didn't like some of the misunderstandings that kept stretching throughout. Just talk to each other people. And towards the last quarter of the book it got a bit baffling to me. The actions of the hero were a bit of a turnoff. Somewhat redeemed at the very end. But all in all I really enjoyed it. Strong characters, even the side ones. I really liked how it all started and how the heroine pretended to be her sister at the wedding. I also did enjoy her angst about encountering the "rogue" from the scandal sheets. Or course, things aren't always as they seem. But it did provide for some amusing moments. I always know I like a book if I read it in a fairly short time, in large reading chunks. This one was like it too, even with the few flaws it had. I was entertained and I felt.
